MOAT Marketing is a small team building Account-Based Marketing systems for B2B SaaS companies: from market research, through prospecting, to insights for the whole company. We're looking for people who would rather build than report reach.

GTM Engineering

GTM Engineer

You build the engine behind our clients' prospecting and ABM: data, automation, enrichment, deliverability and AI workflows. Your work keeps the system running even when nobody is watching it.

What you'll do

  • Build data pipelines: scraping, enrichment and scoring of Tier 1 accounts
  • Automate outbound and buying signals
  • Look after deliverability and email infrastructure
  • Connect CRM, ad platforms and data into one system
  • Build AI agents and workflows that save the team time

Who we're looking for

  • Hands-on with at least one of: Clay, Make, n8n, Python, JavaScript
  • Comfortable with APIs, webhooks and SQL
  • You understand how B2B sales works and what data is for
  • You measure results in pipeline, not in the number of automations

GTM Strategy

GTM Strategist

You make sure the system reaches the right companies with the right message. You research the market, talk to customers and sales reps, and shape the ICP, messaging and ABM campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Run market research and in-depth interviews with customers and sales reps
  • Define the ICP, Tier 1 account lists and buying committees
  • Create messaging, outreach sequences and ABM campaign plans
  • Plan content for every stage of the buying journey
  • Turn market insights into recommendations for product and sales

Who we're looking for

  • Experience in B2B marketing or sales, ideally in SaaS
  • You can talk to customers and turn conversations into clear conclusions
  • You write clearly and concisely in English and Polish
  • You think in pipeline and revenue, not reach
